We can provide full-service professional staffing, bartenders, and coordinate linens, glassware, china, and equipment.

Can you accommodate allergies and dietary needs?

 Absolutely. We routinely craft gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and shellfish-free menus—just let us know in advance.

How far do you travel?

We serve Greater New Orleans and South Louisiana, including Metairie, the Northshore, Baton Rouge, Plaquemines Parish (Venice), and more. Travel fees may apply.

Do you only serve Cajun and New Orleans Style cuisine?

While our specialty is authentic Cajun and Creole cuisine, we also offer custom fine dining menus featuring a variety of cuisines to suit your taste and event theme.

How far in advance should I book catering?

For weddings and large events, Chef Blaine recommends booking 6 months in advance to secure your date.  Smaller private events should be booked at least 4 weeks ahead.

How does pricing work?

Pricing depends on menu selection, service style, guest count, and location.  After a consultation, Chef Blaine will provide a detailed proposal tailored to your event.

How do I book Chef Blaine Catering?

Simply contact Chef Blaine through his website to schedule a consultation.  Chef Blaine will discuss your event details, create a custom menu, and send a proposal.  A signed contract and deposit are required to reserve your date.

What time does Chef Blaine and his team arrive for events?

On the day, Chef Blaine and his team arrives 2 hrs before start time to set up, prepare, and serve your guests with the professionalism and hospitality Chef Blaine and his team are know for.

Do you offer plated dinners, buffets, and stations?

Yes from elegant plated service to luxury buffets and interactive chef stations like seafood on ice, Made to order omelets, and Bananas Foster action station.
