Chef Blaine catered a private dinner at our home for 10 people and the entire experience was absolutely phenomenal! His culinary expertise is off the charts, bringing authentic Southern Louisiana flavor profiles that are completely memorable. All six courses (including crab cake, bisque,  quail, grouper, filet and white chocolate mousse) were cooked to absolute perfection and became an instant favorite among our guests. From the fresh ingredients to the beautiful presentation, Chef Blaine and his team delivered a flawless 5-star experience. I cannot wait to book them for our next event! Highly recommend!" I have used chef Blaine several times on customer fishing trips to Venice, LA. Chef and his team have never disappointed and always leave my customers with a true taste of Louisiana. Having lived in Lafayette for over 18 years, chef Blaine’s cooking style and flavors are true Cajun! I also like the way he and his team take care and interact with my customers on our outings. We hired Blaine for our wedding reception and we couldn’t be happier with our decision! EVERYONE complimented the food and drinks the entire night and even after! As the bride and groom, we were also taken care of the entire night. I have to agree with our guests, the food was AMAZING and our drinks were always full! Communication before, during, and after our wedding was also great. Blaine is very responsive and patient with as many questions that you have!
