His culinary expertise is off the charts, bringing authentic Southern Louisiana flavor profiles that are completely memorable. All six courses (including crab cake, bisque,  quail, grouper, filet and white chocolate mousse) were cooked to absolute perfection and became an instant favorite among our guests. From the fresh ingredients to the beautiful presentation, Chef Blaine and his team delivered a flawless 5-star experience. I cannot wait to book them for our next event! Highly recommend!" EVERYONE complimented the food and drinks the entire night and even after! As the bride and groom, we were also taken care of the entire night.
